VISTOS: POR ESTAS CONSIDERACIONES: Y de conformidad a lo dispuesto en los artículos 1545 y 1698 del Código Civil, en relación con los artículos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 58, 63, 73, 159 N°6, 162, 163, 168, 172, 173, 420, 446 y siguientes, todos del Código del Trabajo, disposiciones de la Ley 16.322, disposiciones del Decreto Ley 3.500, y demás normas legales aplicables a la especie, SE DECLARA: I. Que, se acoge la demanda deducida por don MAURICIO ANTONIO  MATTA  IRARRÁZABAL, en contra de JUAN ANTONIO ESPINOZA PRIETO S.A, representado por don GUILLERMO PRIETO WOTERS, ALIMENTOS ARIES SPA, representada por don GUILLERMO PRIETO MORENO, SERVICIOS ALIMENTICIOS BRAVISSIMO LTDA., representada por don GUILLERMO PRIETO MORENO, THREE WISE MEN SPA, representada por don BALTAZAR PRIETO MORENO, COMERCIALIZADORA DNTS SPA, representada por don BALTAZAR PRIETO MORENO, COMERCIAL CBG MARKETING PUBLICITARIO LTDA., representada por don JUAN CRISTOBAL TOSO MILOS, ALIMENTOS LA CREME LTDA., representada por don NELSON NICOLÁS MACHUCA CASANOVAS, SERVICIOS Y ALIMENTOS MEDITERRÁNEO LTDA., representada por don AMIR FELDMAN LEMELBAUM, INVERSIONES Y ASESORIAS ESTADO 50 LTDA., representada por don NELSON NICOLÁS MACHUCA CASANOVAS, NEW YORK BAKERY S.A, representada por don GUILLERMO PRIETO MORENO, GUILLERMO ALEJANDRO ARMANDO PRIETO MORENO, BALTAZAR PRIETO MORENO Y GUILLERMO PRIETO WOTERS, todos ya individualizados y, se declara que todos ellos constituyen una unidad económica o una unidad de empleador, en los términos del artículo 3° del Código del Trabajo, debiendo responder solidariamente, II. Que, se acoge la demanda y, se declara la nulidad de este despido, razón por la cual se condena a todos los demandados a pagar solidariamente al actor todas las remuneraciones y prestaciones devengadas desde su separación, ocurrida el 17 de diciembre de 2020, hasta que se lleve a cabo la convalidación, haciendo presente que su última remuneración mensual bruta ascendió a la suma de $403.998 y
